My Wednesday plan:
Meditation (15 mins)
Drink enough water to detox from that fucking presidential debate!
Yoga or Walk (30 mins)
Loose watercolors to send in the mail a la Julie Cloutier (1 hour)
Hang fabric panels (1 hour)
Read: Ninth Street Women (30+ mins)
Listen: Scene on Radio Rethinking the history of the US. Oh lord.
Sketch/think about plan for October. (15+mins)
