This is day 1 of the third residency month! Welcome!

I am trying to figure out my own goals for this month while I try to figure out how the group will move as it grows a bit. The October chemistry has been good! 

I need to remind myself that the main focus of the residency is my own work. It is easy to procrastinate under the guise of providing a worthwhile experience for everyone else.
