day 01

It’s 8pm and did about half of what I set out to do art-wise by the end of the day. Posted this photo of the small pieces I am working on. There are two more in progress I will show you tomorrow. Some things that worked:
15-minute meditation to start
Flow state daily music, today this album, then this one.
TickTick app tracks “to do” list with helpful built in pomodoro timer.
Yoga with Adriene at the end to work out the kinks.
Water, consistent food and a walk.

Could do better tomorrow:
More hours of art making
Less time on emails and Instagram scrolling
