Back on track today now that the clean air and cooler temperatures have set in.

My day 08 plan:
Meditation (15 mins)
Drink water
Yoga (30 mins)
Track time. Limit email/IG to functional only.
Paid work (2 hours)
Making whatever sort of collage/drawing/painting feels good. 
Social: Walk to local cafe and farm truck with Alice.
Listen: Breath by James Nestor from library.
Listen: My Flow State playlist. Listen on laptop to avoid ads.
Consider a new body of work (15 mins)
Consider plan/schedule for next week (15 mins)
Read pm: Ninth Street Women (30+ mins)
